It also contains Chitosan, an ingredient naturally derived from the shells of shrimp and other sea crustaceans. Chitosan is a natural, renewable resource that adds moisture, strength, and heat protection to the hair.

The KEVIN.MURPHY X-HP Complex provides unrivaled defence against the intense heat generated by modern appliances whilst delivering impressive style hold. This product offers x-treme heat protection, protecting hair at temperatures up to 220°C, whereas other styling polymers only protect hair at temperatures up to 145°C - 175°C.

Vitamin B5 enhances the condition and silkiness of the hair and melanin acts as a natural pigment to help protect from colour fade while Hydrolysed Soy Protein conditions and permanently bonds moisture to the hair and Hydrolysed Wheat Proteins acts as a permanent conditioner.

Vetiveria Zizanoides Root Oil

Balances sebum production.

You can request to cancel your order through the Contact Us page within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.

If you’re not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you’ve received, please let us know by using emailing us within 30 calendar days of receipt. The cost of return shipping is the customers responsibility unless there is shipping damage.

If there is damage to your package upon receipt please let us know by email within 48 hours of receipt. Except when delivery occurs on a Friday or legal Federal Holiday then notification should be on the next available business day.

Returns can only be made once authorized by Customer Services.

Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product, either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or color in terms of make up. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused and you will have to bear postage costs.
