What it is: An understated and sleek diffuser that effortlessly and continuously adds the enveloping scent of English Pear & Freesia.

Fragrance story: The sensuous freshness of just-ripe pears is wrapped in a bouquet of white freesias and mellowed by amber, patchouli and woods. King William pear opens the scent. An unusual, innovative ingredient, this accord of mellow scented fruit is fresh and ripe with a juicy facet. Freesia defines the heart. Quintessentially English, cool white freesias imbue the heart of the fragrance with a delicate yet distinctive scent. Patchouli grounds the scent. Patchouli is a sensuously deep, woody note that enhances the longevity of the fragrance.

Notes:

- Top: King William pear.

- Middle: freesia.

- Base: patchouli.

How to use: Place the reeds into the oil and then allow 24–36 hours for the fragrance to diffuse for the continuous Scent Surround experience. The fragrance will last for around 3–4 months.

Returns and Cancellations

You can request to cancel your order through the Contact Us page within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.

If you’re not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you’ve received, please let us know by using emailing us within 30 calendar days of receipt. The cost of return shipping is the customers responsibility unless there is shipping damage.

If there is damage to your package upon receipt please let us know by email within 48 hours of receipt. Except when delivery occurs on a Friday or legal Federal Holiday then notification should be on the next available business day.

Returns can only be made once authorized by Customer Services.

Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product, either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or color in terms of make up. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused and you will have to bear postage costs.

We are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective or sent due to our error. Please check your fragrance orders carefully, as fragrances can NOT be returned under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions.
