HOW TO USE

Wet hair, apply Chita Beauty Purple Toning Shampoo and lather. Leave on for 1 minute (do not exceed) and rinse thoroughly. For maximized results rinse and repeat. Finish with Chita Beauty Purple Toning Conditioner or Hydrating Conditioner, and your favorite Chita styling and finishing products.

PRO TIP
Use daily until desired brightness is achieved. Alternate with Chita Beauty Hydrating Shampoo every three shampoos or as needed.

You can request to cancel your order through the Contact Us page within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.

If you’re not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you’ve received, please let us know by using emailing us within 30 calendar days of receipt. The cost of return shipping is the customers responsibility unless there is shipping damage.

If there is damage to your package upon receipt please let us know by email within 48 hours of receipt. Except when delivery occurs on a Friday or legal Federal Holiday then notification should be on the next available business day.

Returns can only be made once authorized by Customer Services.

Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product, either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or color in terms of make up. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused and you will have to bear postage costs.
